A Proper New Year. A Proper Rebrand. A Proper Xchange.
Proper Xchange is stepping into 2025 with your health and wellness at the center of it all. This past year asked a lot of us—emotionally, physically, and mentally.
That’s why this year is all about one thing: exchanging chaos for calm. In 2025, there were many stressful moments. Still, through it all, I was blessed to serve 46 private clients who trusted me to help ease anxiety, support emotional balance, calm racing thoughts, improve sleep, and relieve everyday aches and overwhelm. I also had the honor of hosting three Aromatherapy Workshops at Homeboy Industries. The stories, the hugs, the thank yous, and the quiet breakthroughs were powerful. Who knew "the homies" would enjoy making their own blends? I partnered with Bloom Arts Foundation to provide "Wellness Within" kits to some exceptional teachers in the Pasadena Unified School District. I partnered with Hulu to craft beautiful floral-scented aromatherapy candles for their A-listers, and I am NOW working on a partnership of a lifetime!
So yes, it's time for a Proper upgrade. While we’re putting the final touches on our refreshed web and social media presence, I am starting something quite amazing (not Beast Games amazing, but close😀).
